Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase for both in-store and online purchases. Once this period has expired, we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in original packaging. Shoes must be in new condition with no outsole wear. Items that are final sale and exempt from return include:
- Sale items
- Bodyglide products
- Gift certificates
- Nutrition and hydration products
- Intimates including socks, sports bras, undergarments, and hats
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning any online purchases, please contact the shop by either email (email@example.com) or phone 250.929.7860 to discuss the eligibility of your item. If your request for return is granted, you will be given instructions on the return process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
