Want to learn to run but don't know where to start?
If you're feeling overwhelmed or not ready to run in a group setting, we are happy to offer private coaching sessions!
We specialize in programs for beginners, but will also coach folks at an intermediate level. You can be coached one-to-one, or we can also take small groups of 2–3 people if you and some friends want to train together.
In addition to getting you established as a Runner, we can also advise you on nutrition and eating to run—as opposed to running to eat!
Coaching sessions are 45 minutes and cost $45 per session. A minimum 6-week commitment is required. Group rates are available! Contact us for a free consultation and see if we would be a good fit.
