Cobble Hill Mountain
Join our fearless run leader Mako this Sunday, April 15, for a 5 KM run on Cobble Hill Mountain. Since is the first meeting, this will be more of an orientation run. No trail experience necessary, but nothing makes you thirstier than a trail run, so we do recommend bringing your own hydration (belt, handheld, pack) as well as one fuel source (gel, chew, bar, peanut butter sandwich). Expect to be out on the trails for about an hour.
If you plan on participating you must have completed a waiver. If you have already done one, great! If not, you can grab one at the shop in advance, or download one and give it to Mako the morning of the run.
Runners will meet at the picnic tables by the washrooms before the 10 AM departure. Register here and feel free to email or call the shop with any questions, too.
